Ms. Moreno brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Spanish from Kean University and boasts fifteen years of experience in the early childhood education field. For five of those years, she served as a Preschool Teacher within the Rahway School District. Ms. Moreno is thrilled to continue working with the preschool team in this new capacity!

Shaunique Cisson, an early childhood educator and Kean University graduate with over 13 years of experience, serves with great excitement as an Early Childhood Education Specialist in the Rahway Public School District. In this role, she pledges to respect, celebrate, and support each teacher's individual professional development journey. Ms. Cisson is committed to partnering with administration, teachers, and families to cultivate safe, purposeful learning environments that prioritize students' interests, discovery, and social-emotional growth.

Ms. Cisson firmly believes that together, they can instill confidence, encourage resilience, and promote the value of lifelong learning in the future leaders of the community.

As the Early Childhood Education Specialist, Cristina Soto-Baez plays a vital role in supporting teachers and suggesting interventions to ensure all children thrive within the general education classroom. Her dedication stems from a deep sense of pride in Rahway Public Schools, where her own children flourished.

Ms. Soto-Baez brings a wealth of experience to the role, having graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, certifications in Preschool to Third Grade and supervision, and a Master of Arts in Teaching specializing in Early Childhood Education. Her commitment to the field spans 12 years.

Ms. Soto-Baez takes immense pride in the collaborative efforts of the Early Childhood Department team, who work tirelessly to deliver a high-quality education for all students. She looks forward to working with your children throughout their preschool year and wishes everyone a joyous, exciting, fun-filled, and successful preschool experience!
